No deposit is required when pre-ordering with Vogue Collectibles Inc. However, pre-orders are considered FIRM ORDERS. Availability is guaranteed, therefore a valid credit card number is required at time of order, even when paying by cheque. Your order will automatically be charged and shipped when stock arrives at Vogue Collectibles Inc. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel unwanted orders. If you require phone contact when a pre-order arrives, we will attempt to contact you twice and if no response is successful, the pre-order will be cancelled. If pre-orders are continuously cancelled, all future pre-orders will be charged a 15% non refundable deposit.  NSF cheques will incur a $25.00 service fee.

We ship tax/duty free to the United States.   Overseas customers are not charged additional taxes by Vogue Collectibles Inc. and any taxes/duties incurred are charged within their own country and are the customer’s responsibility. Canadian orders are charged 6% GST, Ontario orders are charged the required 8% PST and Maritime orders are charged the required 14% HST.  We ship via Canada Post unless customer requests a different service (will be quoted at time of order). Shipping to the U.S. is $12.00US for the first item and $2.00US for every item after that on a multiple doll shipment for one box. Canadian is $10.00 for the first item and $2.00 for every additional item on a multiple doll order for one box and overseas orders are quoted at time of order. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico US Territories, Yukon and the Northern Territories will be quoted when the order is placed.  Insurance is included in the shipping rates.

For returns of any kind, please call within two days of receiving your merchandise for return authorization.  We will instruct you how to send the parcel back. All parcels are to be sent back via surface mail.  Return postage is the responsibility of the sender for cancelled orders including any additional charges incurred on the return of the parcel. Returns on unwanted orders that have been shipped and received by customers are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All damaged shipments will be replaced/credited and shipping charges (maximum of original shipping charged) will be our responsibility.  Any returns not sent back via our specifications will be refused or additional charges incurred due to wrong procedures followed will be charged to the customer.  COD’s and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must return the goods NRFB in the original shipping box in pristine condition.

We gladly accept layaways and each will be handled on an individual basis.   A valid credit card is required with any layaway even when paying by cheque. Original prices quoted at time of order stand firm.  Sales items (always NRFB except when noted) are not eligible and are considered final sales, sorry no refunds or exchanges. Late payments will automatically be charged through on customer’s valid credit card. Cancelled layaways will forfeit all payments and items put on hold, cannot be changed. Layaway customers must accept all terms upon placing the order. We accept VISA, Mastercard, cheques and moneyorders. We reserve the right to hold an order until personal cheques clear the bank.  Money orders from outside of Canada should be International U.S. money orders. All pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. NSF cheques will incur a $25.00 service fee.
